Can’t remember title

Does anyone know the title of a BL manwha where the MCs grandson goes to see him while he’s on his death bed and he reminisces on his life as a Korean immigrant and his first love who was also an immigrant. A lot of the story took place in a bar the the love interest played piano. At the end I think the love interest visits him right before he dies so it’s kind of bittersweet. I also remember that there was a really big art shift from beginning to end for some reason.
