He was never used keira was always more powerful than him and not to mention the novel never had a male lead so there is no throwing away because sje never chose one in the first place but the manhwa will jave a male lead from the way it seems to focus on it speaking story wise a secret demon is jsit more interesting than her knight its really sad because hes such a good lead too
yeah but the transition was super odd because he literally just disappeared outta thin air, idk why they added love interests when the novel didn’t have any. ngl I would’ve also liked it if she was focused on her goals instead of the love filler episodes / events :/ guess I’m just bummed out the direction the story is going

Yup korean authors love to do that with knight characters especially if their in a love triangle bs, always write them to love the FL in different lifetimes but ever be the ML. The author obviously has favoritism if you read the English and Korean interviews, some may say it's not favoritism but it is. And it pisses me off that due to the romance being added it took sibling moments away and gave it to *cough* the mage. If that isn't the biggest hint to favoritism idk what is. I honestly don't see why they need to add a love triangle when it could've been just the FL x ML development through the plot instead of making a the fandom split in two. Especially if they had no interest in giving the knights his part in the story.

I think this really plays into the problem a lot of authers especially korean ones have of not being abke to write a story about a female character with out romance or a powerful make figure keria was supposed to be a powerful bad ass knight but shes awfully weak these days stregnth wise if we're being real
hate how the knight was basically used and threw away quick the moment someone with more “powers” comes along. they would’ve been such a cute couple
