Yeah, some rapists or pedos were abused when they were kids, they dont know better and keep thinking what happened to them was normal all their life coz they didn't have anyone who would guide them out of it...there are documentaries of this on yt, ppl should check that out, in which you can see that the rapist thinks its never their fault...like its ALWAYS someone else's fault for what happened to them (this is true ig) as well as what they did to others (this is fuked and a sign of coping ig like you said) and ig the priest either saw the mc as his abusers substitute, my theory is that his abuser (in the photo) was also a priest...so ykyk...he basically targets priests...and mc happens to be one...

Most abused get help and dont repeat what was done to them on others.
The priest may have been abused yes, i do feel bad for the child he was but not for the man he is now. He definitely deserve a death sentence for what he did so the cycle of abuse on the society can end. Like the child he raped did NOTHING wrong and he deserves justice and therefore the priests past is irrelevant in my eyes tho i would definitely like to know what happened.

Nah he is also one of victim of his pedo father , if we take a look at the age gap 15 years ago looks like seme would be a young boy himself so it's clearly his own father who must have done it and framed uke for that and seme to behave this way towards uke like possessing him its clear that the kid behaviour uke was referring to would be seme's from the start and i think seme father wouldn't have liked it that seme as a kid going after uke ... or seme was left behind by his father by the age he hit puberty just like how pedos do damn this sickens me , sooo he attacked 6 year kid... and killed it and framed uke ---- it's just my assumptions.
but the young priest was probably severely abused psychologically and physically, there has to be a reason for him to target the kid and BLAME it on Akitaka-san, WHY him? is the question. incest abuse is no joke, no wonder the priest is addicted to sex, this is a sign of coping.
