It's not a harem. The other female characters only have a platonic interest in the mage. Only the hero is romantically interested in him. As the comment above stated, loli priest is a guy and the elf lady is a hermaphrodite who's mostly perving on the girl with the bandages. The oneshot version touches on this
Bruh I was enjoying it since the party's gender count is kind of balance. But here and behold the hero is a woman, now this manga is harem.
