I used to raise a cat. I used to feed him regular cat food like boiled liver (ready-made one) but after I tried feeding him expensive one, he loves the expensive one and never went back to the cheap one lol. But he can eat pellets food too
I have two cats. They each get half a can of wet cat food at night. During the day they each have their own bowl with dry food in it to graze on. Some cats you can't let graze because they will overeat constantly. Some are fine with grazing. Mine are fine with it. We restrict human food from them for the most part. One of my cats has a sensitive stomach so we don't like to change up his food too much otherwise he'll throw up.
