I ve read the novel and I felt sad for him and when I read the manhwa I felt the same. He didn’t actually have a real hand a her demise except when he killed her but he was an executioner instead of leading her to it. He didn’t know what was his sister doing, he genuinely thought Aria tried to kill her. He’s not a good person, I m not saying he is but he didn’t lead to her demise. I understand she had to finish her revenge but she knew he would die when she invited him and yes I understand redemption wasn’t an option for her but he started redeeming himself through hard work. Characters are complex instead of just being on a fixed qualities. I think he deserved to live after his repentance. On the other hand, Isis didn’t deserve the reincarnation because she didn’t earn it. She did nothing but conspire and die.

Agreed, i was really hoping Aria would turn the hourglass to save him. He appeared to be quite content with where his life ended as a page and knew his place was to work hard and hoped to help their father's debts. Mielle and Isis tho.. yeah I'm disappointed she came back. I'm also sad Oscar didn't really have a happy ending, he was just being used and testified against all the corrupt aristocrats.

well afterall what had happened, Cain did harassed and also lusted Aria so ofcourse the Ml wouldn't like that as he's her lover. And given the circumstances of Aria on her past life, I can say he deserve to be killed even if Cain already changed. And she also want the Roscents to fall into ruin from the very start so it doesn't make any sense if they'll leave Cain to live
It’s disappointing that Cain died because he actually repented on his mistakes and was trying to start new at life, his personality changed and was trying hard to survive. I hate how the ml did him dirty even after taking her revenge and ruined his status which he deserved but at the end he repented and didn’t deserve to die
