There's no proof of that though. For all we know Cinian is the only hermaphrodite or whatever he is and the children are all their regular biological sex. This is not omegaverse and nothing has been said to make any expectations towards that outcome.

wowo is just same like cinian I guess, when blackie sneak to wowo roam, cinian kinda have more concerned, more like sugesting that he is afraid his little one get pregnant (〜￣△￣)〜 but not sure tho, they kinda forget to add more details and starting with mafia gang storyline. I m just confused, when blackie was child, we can see his father sometimes appear in some panels, but now why suddenly adoptive father and else, where is his real father that looks more normal parents than this mafia vibe.
