need help..

its a yaoi manga.. if i remember correctly.. its a psychological tragedy.. seme is a doctor and about to get married when he met the uke.. thay had a forbidden love relationship.. and tried to cancel his wedding in orde to be with the uke.. but (i think) his friend tried to stop him and separate him to uke.. it gives him a big impact that cause him to be insane.. and lock up in a asylum.. i think his a psychology doctor.. ive read it once.. trying to find but i failed.. could someone pls help me ?? ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
