She grew up being constantly rejected by her guardians or parents her entire life. So of course there is going to be residual trauma and doubt in her mind. She never addressed the issue, so she never had the chance to heal.
Which I do understand. However healing comes with great people in your life to show that they care. Right now, she is finally starting to accept it.

Same!! Like I was scared that after she would literally pack her bags and leave. That would have been the worst thing she could have done. Now, I need her to realise her feelings for our ML...make everyone HAPPY!
We are finally getting somewhere! I was becoming so frustrated with how she was acting...like how can you say these ppl weren't your parents??? They are such understanding people. I love them!!
