bastard vs manshine lasted a year (jan 2022-jan2023)
its been like 7 months since ubers started so it hasnt even been as long
also chapters arent shorter theyve always been like this (average of 15-20 panels),if u think its shorter and edging you're probably used to binging the manga as a whole and have only caught up to the ubers match or near the end of manshine match after blue lock got popular(nothing wrong w it im just saying). the story has always been like this, even during vsmanshine i was like jesus fuck w these cliffhangers. and if this doesnt apply to u and u just think this match is more boring than manshine its probably bc manshine had popular characters like chigiri and nagi, personally i really like barou (&hiori)so i dont see a difference in interest.
