Actually, I've seen comments from raws from koreans that uke of 'My Master' is most likely to turn omega. Well, I can recommend "Can't Help It" but it's not a serious manhwa and only short but you can read it for fun, I guess. It's dumb x dumber. There's also "Honey Trouble" but seme is toxic and in the last episode of season 1, uke is still beta but the cliffhanger is seme called someone for pills that he can use to turn uke an omega.

I remember coming across it, if I remember correctly the alpha x beta is the second couple and I didn’t want to look for it or sit through typical alpha x omega plot if i just see them in the bg and get like 3 chapters dedicated to them. also the beta’s being able to get pregnant kind of defeats the purpose of a beta for me </3, thank you sm for the recc tho i appreciate ^^

The second pairing actually encompasses the majority of the manga. Their story starts in volume 2 if you ever decide to read it. I cannot recommend it enough. The second pairing is truly the best omegaverse couple I have seen in manga thus far.
Also throwing this out there for anyone who's interested in written omegaverse, JD Riley on ao3 has some of my favorite omegaverse stories. They have a "Victorian ABO" series that I love! All sorts of pairings and the male betas in their universe cannot get pregnant.
