I just reread the chapters! I think the secretary was referring to his own son (Shouta's cousin) as 5 years old Maybe it's a mistranslation but Shouta is definitely less than 5 because the 5 year old is Eiko and the Secretary's son. I hope this helps!

Did you read my comments above? In Chapter 4 of Hold Me Baby, he said he’s 5. Which is the volume before this one. So he should be 6 in this volume. For the person that said maybe he meant he’s 5 months old. That wouldn’t make sense because he literally has two younger siblings who each required 9 months to be born. So he can’t possibly be 5 months unless he’s only carrying these kids in his stomach for a few months at a time.
The only strange thing about this one is Shouto is like 6 now, still wearing a diaper, pooping himself, and still talks like a baby lol
