There was that one BL where the uke was broke and running from loan sharks and one day he jumped off a building to escape them. Ended up in the hospital and somehow the contact the hospital called was the seme, who was the uke's rival from when they were in school. The uke pretends to have amnesia and the seme pretends they're lovers. It was a fully colored one one too.
