No it’s not a love triangle, and I don’t recall any rap**e scenes so it’s safe to read it
Oh but now that I remember there was one around the mid or the end I think, I’m not really sure but yeah
Never between the main couple (dubious consent yes, but they mostly have a healthy realationship), HOWEVER, there is a lot of sexual assault scene between 2 other characters and its not a seen as a romantic thing, but as a traumatic experience for the victim. You can skip those chapters if they make you uncomfortable, but the entire story is so worth watching, I recommend.
There is someone else in love with the main character, but its not a love triangle. It's very one sided!
