Someone in the house SA him (maybe the dad, idk or another brother) and the "brother" who he is eating with saw and didn't do anything. He only hugged him when he was on bed and told him to go to sleep that way he will forget just like he did. So, I'm thinking that all the boys in that house got SA or maybe just those two that's why they say they share the same secret.
