I don't think it's intentional crossdressing. She is wearing traditional armor that intended for defense instead of the popular "female" armor that focuses on mobility. On top of her statuesque frame I think at minimum we can call this an unknowing trap.

i agree it safer too seeing how they usually make female armor, they make it so you can see everything on them, and it disgust me sometimes.
They explained the formal wear situation for knights in this recent chapter, so I assume her usual knight's armor is also a generic, unisex uniform. Tbh, I'm really happy with that explanation.
