I don't think it's delulu. Its more like a body's response to trauma. Like our brain erases stuff voluntarily so we can function.
It happens in real life like for child rape victims there brain erases that memory so they can grow up without the trauma, to open that memory it needs a trigger or hypnosis
Brain knows it's too much of stress to body so they block that memory. I don't find Sasha at fault its a body response
