Also I'm not 100% sure but I believe after reading the raws that the mountain god has the ability to influence the emotions that his friends already have so they act on those emotions the black haired one was obsessed and the mountain god lost control of him the buff one had an inferiority complex and I think the one with the glasses was in love with him I'm not sure at the mountain god is making him sleep with people because that is how he eats and when you look through the raws main character isn't bothered in the least about this situation
It's just so you'll know the MC does sleep with his entire friend group including the mountain spirit also the black haired one is obsessed with him not in love with him
