if i'm not mistaken, those pendants are used as accessories or decorations, could also be good luck charms. usually worn around the waist.

what do they use those pendants for and where do they put it? are those like lucky charms?
because our country has a similar-looking one and we usually hang those outside our doors so when the door opens, it rings. it's like a lucky charm, my mom likes it and bought it because it has to do with feng shui (?)
