I'm looking for a comic/manhwa not really sure of it's origin, anyway it's about childhood friends who separated in elementary school the FL has blue eyes and black hair and she was bullied for her eyes constantly she then became friends with the ML who was a new student in her class and he was good at art but he was a shy kid so he didn't have friends, he was a chubby kid with a birth mark on his arms so he always wore long sleeved shirts.

skip: they become distant after the ML overhears other girl classmates gossiping and body-shaming him about a secret he only told the FL, later on he move out with his family to another city but proceed to come back to the same neighborhood in high school that's when they meet all over again but act cold towards each other. Later the ML knows the truth that it wasn't the FL who told his secret and is trying to fix their relationship.
