Someone please explain to me how this is tagged as GL when nanako is clearly straight having a husband and they are just friends?

    Because Shirokuma is clearly romantically and sexually interested in Nanako. Whether Nanako reciprocates or not, (and she probably does, even if she doesn't ultimately act on it) it's still a gay woman's love story.
