Gren is definitely stirring shit. He's trying to manipulate the situation with Shin amd Jake. He doesn't even care if its the truth or not. He doesn't care if Jake could really like Shin or vice-versa. He just wants to be the only person with Shin as if he's not a POS(not because he's an addict but because he lies and schemes against the person he claims to care about)
this is so fucking true. Cause he knows how much this would affect Shin because the fact Jake was hiding his identity would be assumed that he wouldn't be able to trust him on upon discovering that information. As it is currently happening as Shin realized he doesn't know who Jake truly is. As a result, Shin goes to Gren, which is what Gren wants and is assuming will happen.
