That's precisely why people read these kinda stories: Because of the emotional rollercoaster aspects and in the end characters changing for the better and there being a happy ending. :D
I always hate the typical drama trope of NOT opening ones fvcking mouth if they know a person and just keep it a secret to cause more drama for the plot, but it DOES make for interesting storytelling most of the time. Hence why it because so popular. It's a double-edged sword tho and many authors cannot handle it well.
I for one hope the muscle-dude doesn't keep it secret for longer after finally being asked and that he mellows down some more and they have a nice relationship soon. It's always nice to see characters change from dislikable to someone you root for entirely~
I’m having mixed feelings reading this like I like it and I dont like it at the same time and I’m not okay with how they treated Mieum (except for the other maid ofc shes very nice) but also is this character development or what the hell????? if you miss or care for the person, would you to the point r@pe them or be so abusive or idk??? i have so many questions

and also i hate the “we have met when we were young/kids plot” LIKE COME ONNN LET THEM BE JUST STRANGERS FOR ONCE
