Well he isn't. He never healed anyone. He only healed someone when it comes to Jiwoo. Remember when Kartein healed, Doori the dog and when he healed Subin's grandpa. He healed them all because he don't want to see Jiwoo so worried. This time he was thinking Jiwoo and the Koreans will be harmed by him that's why he offered to heal astra in exchange that he will leave them alone. He just want to protect Jiwoo and the others
