Sadly, that would ruin the manga for me.
I already planned all their life together as boyfriends...
If he really is an aro I have no idea how the manga is gonna follow...

Besties with benefits would be how it would go. They do everything a relationship would do without the need for the words “like” or “love”. They can still have a life together. It’s even what he wants. He wants a lifelong friend/partner in crime who doesn’t need to “love” and can simply enjoy each others company both sexually and platonically. Which they already do.

Like, not dissing aros, but even the ones I know personally understand that they can't just string someone along that has expressed romantic intentions. Especially if the other person is about showing physically that they love someone or needs constant affirmation of their feelings.

Someone like that wouldn't be able to keep a strictly sexual relationship. It would eventually break them down and cause issues between the two.

Yeah that's why I am guess if the manga does take that route that maybe seme will find someone who can fall in love with. That would be nice

That’s fair but the person himself is the one to make the choice. The aro guy isn’t even asking him to not love him. He can love him with no expectations. He doesn’t need to say it but he can show his affections as he always has done. He’s loved him for a while. It wouldn’t change much from how it has been for like the past few weeks/months. It just depends on how emotionally resilient he is. Not everyone will break down and demand more or leave. If it gets hard, they just stop having sex until it’s not difficult anymore. But we can’t make decisions for either of them. Besides, the top was originally in the “no love” category too. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume that he can eventually fall back into that category if need be.
