I also feel like people forget that homie Dan literally signed a contract CONSENTING to sex “anytime, anywhere” for Jaekyung. That is not how consent works. Remember FRIES kids. Consent is Freely given, Reversible, Informed, Enthusiastic, and Specific. No verbal, emotional or physical coercion. You can take back your consent after giving it. Consent to one thing isn’t consent to everything. Also, Jaekyung has beaten Dan up and dumped a drink on him. He wasn’t a jerk to a dying old lady and provides his sex slave with free housing so I guess he’s a decent guy, aye.
I agree that consent can be taken back anytime- but like we don’t really see Dan doing that. Also, Dan knew what he was getting into when he agreed to the contract. The contract is a tricky part but I highly agree with the rest. Overall is Jaekyung a typical toxic BL ML who can show some decency.
Also, people tend to forget that this is fiction. Fiction does not equal to reality, so there's also that. If any webtoon were anywhere near reality, all stories would be cut short. All the occurring drama is for plot.
