I think same too. Last panel of questions were the reasons i am so sure of it
If you watch the previous chapter to this one, limón says something among the lines of ' I don't want inferna stuck on this world too" - Too . So he knows that inferna is from another world ( coming from the dark mage chapter) and he too belongs to another world.
I found the exact words :"Trapped in this world...is not just inferna alone"
I'm 100% sure that prince is from another world too!
That's why the story won't go the original way even if inferna becomes an evil dragon.
