Sadly, it's true. Worst yet, they're said to be the typical flat female characters. Novel ends at volume 7 in a rushed manner that's left fans reeling. Don't know enough of the backstory as to why it ends so quickly but a comment was particularly put-off that they didn't even get to see the weddings #－.－)

I read online that it’s not a harem….the light novel ends with volume 7 though. At least we got the ending….
