The pace of which the Seme is trying to cope with the strong feelings of this boy who he undeniably finds endearing but has not yet come to love is somewhat realistic. Not cliche straight man turns gay in a heartbeat kind of manga. I love the development, there is definitely hope for a happy ending. But then again, this manga is called "Goodbye Lilac", Lilac = first love, so "Goodbye First Love"? I'm slightly paranoid
