right exactly, its also the reason why a reader usually feels empty after finishing a story. and this novel was very realistic, graphic and detailed; so even if you can treat the manhwa as fiction, the novel definitely not, under any circumstances even if you know its "made up".
i really don't think i will ever read it again with how much my stomach churned in the later flashback chapters and side stories (in hatred for kwon ido) and cried (for how sejin was treated and later kwon ido repented. still wna punch him sometimes though).

because it's a sad 'story'. My heart also beats faster when the terminator is coming in movies, but I don't think it's real. Just because you have a physical response doesn't mean you think it's really happening. I understand what you're saying, and I know there are studies done , because of the responses we have. But I think it's wrong to say we can't tell the difference between fiction and real life. Altho, there are def. unhinged people who do have trouble with that :/

Do you know what science is? It's a method.. Science constantly 'discovers' something, then later 'discovers' there's more to it, or they didn't have it correct.. Science is some people researching something and coming up with what they believe to be the result of that research. There are many examples of scientists getting it wrong throughout history, but go ahead, lie to yourself and believe everything you read.

Well, that's awesome.. I mean it, but why do you think that science can't be wrong? I'm confused. How many times has scientists admitted to being wrong about how old the earth is? Wasn't Thalidomide created by scientists? Scientists change their minds all the time. Why? Because new studies are done..The minute you think you KNOW everything, you can't learn anything new. Science is a method,a search for an answer, but it's not an infallible answer.
now that i know the spoilers everything the ml does makes me mad
