If i remember correctly, everyone in that department was involved in a scam/fraud, and only hyunsoo refused to participate.
Thus, he became the "weak link" and could potentially jeopardise the people involved, prompting the coworkers to bully him (common corrupt mob rxn)
Though, I may be wrong, 'cause the whole story was yet to be told, only parts of it.
- like he seems to have some personal beef w/pseudo-stalker (sry forgot the right term and the name of the spiky hair)
- i find it a bit out of character of him to not out the whole department IF he was aware of the scam

I'm guessing there will be more because I believe that President Park (or whatever the name was) isn't gonna let Hyunsoo go that easily, at least according to his sister.
Still wondering what's tf with the whole mystery about the coworkers who hated the uke like, is there any light for that topic? Or we already move from that?
