I think they are referring to an earlier chapter where Seth “sees what his daughter will look like.” When it was Agrish showing Seth the best possible future.
This uncle of Seth is very nosy so it will not be impossible he'll hint to Seth himself that Theo was preggo, when? Not sure but I presume. And I think the babe will look like mini Theo since the 1st is a girl version of Seth so yeah. Also Seth really do fall in love with Theo ya know.
