I don't want to re read.. So can someone tell me what happened in past 3 chapters??

basically the top guy was in love with the bottom since high school and vice versa but the top thought the bottom like the blonde guy(the one who got married) and the top think the only way he could make the bottom stay with him is by turning him into an omega (by releasing shit ton of pheromone) but in the end the bottom confessed and said he doesnt need to turn him into an omega and the bottom would still like him even though they're both alpha. the end.
