From what I have seen through videos of countries like Japan and China, some trains are packed full of people to the point they can hardly move, let alone actually look around and catch someone with their pants down. Especially when someone is practically pressed against one or the doors and the molester is behind them.
Man has his pants down in the train and all but nobody can see them? This is ridiculous. I can't stop laughing
