I almost broke my laptop trying to open it after I learned that YOI's fans theories were right. I watched the whole episode in a daze and here I am again being all like, who blessed me this week with so much lovely goodness.
Yeah! When I watched ep 9 last week, I saw the preview of ep10 and when Yuuri said to Viktor "something round and golden" I was like "yes Yuuri, offer him a ring to definitely snatch him all for yourself". My sis answered "he's talking about the gold medal you know?" And when ep10 came out... Oh my. Well, what else now? <3 I truly believe there'll be something else aside the GPF whether Yuuri wins or not. Something that'll blow your mind and set the anime right on a level that has never been reached before.
Concerning Saezuru, I really hope Yashiro will come to believe how much Doumeki loves him. Yashiro really deserves it for all that has happened to him since he entered the yakuza's world (all for his best friend's sake (concerning the family hospital place) without ever asking anything in return). I love your analysis. I can't wait to see which direction YOI will take at the end, I'm also kinda bracing myself for some disappointment haha, for this season of anime it's one of the best out there and I'm so happy for thatヾ(☆▽☆). I'm gonna be ignorant and ask what GPF is.
Ahh Doumeki is one of the best characters I've seen, yes there have been plenty, but he is so quietly strong and present. He's also very pure imo, if Yashiro accepts him it will be the perfect love story and Yashiro deserves what is best, his quest for love hasn't been easy. Yashiro is innately good and Doumeki is perfect. By the way are all Doumeki's that I've seen in manga quietly strong(xxholic) is the other Doumeki so two isn't technically a lot.
