Basically the Yurito (the MC) had helped heal the injuries of a beast-man when he was a child. He'd named him Coro cause at the time he looked like a puppy. After experiencing his kindness, Coro marked him as his 'bride' and this 'marking scent' made men avoid Yurito, making him only able to interact with women so he became a player. Coro came back to produce an heir with his 'bride' -- why the manga is named that way -- and literally all hell breaks loose ('hell' as in the biggest smut-fest you could ever read lmao)

I was so confused... I remember the cover but what was happening in the story..? I might have to read this again when it's completed (if it gets completed in my lifetime) and just skim the new chapters.
