In the story, it's mentioned that Foricurum health center has the best healthcare system. Although if he asked for help from Victor, he would give them the tattoo. But that wouldn't do anything even if they visited a hospital in that district (because they can't treat Simon's illness as it's rare)
Wait I’m confused…. So I’m pretty sure Yohan and his brother have been living in the same district for their whole lives probably right? And in the chapter I think he was visiting hospitals but they denied him cuz he wasn’t a citizen right? So then why didn’t the accept the offer from victor to get a tattoo and ask him to get his brother one too?? Now he gotta betray his bottom for his brothers health ☹
