Seen this plot type before, it's usually very interesting but can also be shitty since the 'fake' twin can often be an asshole to the MC for no good reason. ;v;

I just reread it...the Dr. Said "I may have been your brother's doctor but I have known you FOREVER".....and it's been ten years if you guys could resolve the issue (w the mom?) I'm guessing she's the psychologist/psychiatrist now that I e looked back.
Hopefully Seo In isn't the "crazy one" making out with his brother. Or maybe he is. Or both are. I don't know. But she did says she's the brothers doctor..so maybe the crazy one is his brother. If so and he's just doing it to appease his brother then....
