I think it's more than 2 months? Counting the weeks before the supposed spring break, he was already working out, hence them jogging together. It could even probably be months.

Two months to lose that amount of weight can’t be healthy. I wish these comic took a more realistic approach. He did Judo in the past so it would have made sense for him to be a bit more bulky. He also could have still been chubby but with soft muscles and a smaller stomach. I get that this artist isn’t known for those types of bodies but at the same time they could have easily made him just a bit overweight at the start.
As a side note I do love how Yuzu never specifically said he wanted him to lose weight in order to be a “hot guy” and was instead focused on how to up his sex appeal via clothes. Really sweet guy. Him squeezing his tummy and getting all happy about it was nice.
