The outline for this story? Interesting concept that was realized in a at best mediocre way
She is a fully grown adult (she goes back on this multiple times thinking „you don’t know how old I am“ „I’m a adult“ „I’m not a child“) yet she falls in love with a 8-11 year old???
Not to mention they spend around 60 chapters fleshing out their relationship (wich basically stays the same after around chapter 15, even after he confessed to her nothing changed.)
They suddenly INFO BOMB you, like seriously the flashback was?? Like it was barely hinted at before and suddenly we have all this info about who she actually is. SHE GOES AND SAVES SER and ser literally went crazy and wants to kill everyone in philips bloodline?? Sers personality also changed so drastically?? She’s just made out to be a villain now wich to me doesn’t make any sense. Althea never changed even after what happened to her yet ser turns evil and insufferable??? What the fuck
She’s so obsessed with making her know what abandoned feels like wich is just??? Didn’t she also abandon her for love??? Let the crown Prince die and pretended to not know even though she did? HOW would althea even know where she was after reincarnating multiple times?? She’s still just a human. I’m upset because they made ser such a awful villain wich seems insanely out of character?? I get that she went mad after being burned alive for a thousand years but althea can stay calm and collected all the time?? Throughout all of these shenanigans she never once breaks down??? It’s insane to me? How could you not be devastated at the situation she’s in??
So now she wakes up in sers body without the ability to speak or write??? SEVEN YEARS INTO THE FUTURE?? This is never explained?? Neither is her suddenly using her power to find ser? Ser just tells her „kill him or die in a hundred days lol he doesn’t love you anyway he only likes you because you’re beautiful“ And goes on to blame her for being happy with Blake while she was stuck being burned.
Also the black haired guard is never mentioned again?? It’s never explained what happened to him and his brother?? The magic system is never explained??
She also never makes a effort to show she’s althea?? Goes on yapping about not wanting to ruin shit or whatever LIKE WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???
Anyway this story makes me so angry??? I wish they made the childhood shorter and kept it within maybe?? 30 chapters?? There was so much filler they could’ve totally fit it into that. The backstory was so awfully conceptualized I wish they genuinely put more time into it It feels like they kept adding more and more random plot twists that could’ve been implemented smoother What actually happened in the original timeline??? Why is there even a original timeline??? Maybe I’m not far enough into the story but I feel like even if they try to fix the plot holes later on it’ll be too late.
Tldr; pedophilic mc, a whole bunch of plot holes and abandoned plot lines, awful pacing and a Mary sue mc who doesn’t have a single negative trait
