Only one other character (a fucked up one and maybe he thought Kim Dan liked it cause he can't even confirm it was rape) knows. It's realistic enough for him to go to jail. Mingwa literally stated that they still have a long way to go, and for me I think I wouldnt want this story to be rushed too (even tho I rlly want it to end bc dan's alrdy been through so much ).
