Such a good point... until now Jaehyunk had relationships where those actions were impactful but he needs to embrace who he is and change his game... he also does things for self satisfaction he needs to think of Garam before buying or acting
This is too much to ask for that blockhead.
I'd like to think that there's sincerity in Jaehyuk's actions.
He treats Garam not only because he thinks Garam would forgive and forget but also because he wants Garam to eat a proper meal. This backfires on him because Garam thinks he wasted too much time eating instead of studying, and because he doesn't like owing anyone in the first place.
The problem lies in that Jaehyuk is selfish, he isn't seeing things in Garam's perspective and thinking of what Garam wants even if his actions are stemming from the fact that he sincerely likes Garam.
I think he also just doesn’t know how to approach Garam because they usually clash and Garam’s view on Jaehyuk is really negative right now. I do think he was trying to be nice in his own way but wasn’t taken seriously bc Garam doesn’t trust Jaehyuk.
He dropped him on the ground after he asked him if he liked him.
He tried to have sex with several girls again which Garam was aware of and had sex with him even though Garam was clearly hurting because of his bruise, which Jae didn’t notice because he was busy pleasuring himself to care. He definitely has to work on his selfishness lol
I really wanna root for him but boy does he have to work hard for Garam to even consider him as a potential partner right now.
I liked how Jaehyuk looked like a fool. He changed his entire wardrobe for Garam and tried to bribe him with food while still having a terrible attitude on the inside. I think Garam felt his insincerity because he still doesn‘t want to be around Jaehyuk.(he has a bullshit radar).
He seems to enjoy being around his friends more than him because they like and respect him and that’s all Garam wants from someone. If you‘re genuinely kind to him he‘ll be kind to you. I think only when jaehyuk accepts his sexuality and the fact that Garam can not be bribed into liking him will their relationship progress
