ML wanted Ricky and his fiancee to get married. But, ML said he fell in love with FL at first sight, and he was extremely jealous of Ricky. I'm sure he had forbidden Ricky to visit her in the hospital and at the same time , saw to it that Ricky married his fiancee, then he abducted FL, to the point that he was able to convince her family not to bring her back to New Zealand and that he'd be in charge of her rehabilitation , then marry her. And the way he proclaimed his love to her was extreme. It was a bit emotionally abnormal. I think FL should run away from him.
