It's probably a Buddhist one like the titles they gave to the kings.
Khaaaaaraaaaa - kant ( pronounced as "cunt " lol but the t sound is supposed to be soft as in tambourine ) and ha would be silent .
Or it could simply be khaaara - kant ( cunt ) - hah
Like Digambara ( English pronunciation of Buddhist sect )
