No, Yaoi just means there's explicit sex in it. It doesn't even mean "smut," most yaoi was softcore with maybe 1 sex scene in the whole story until about 10 years ago when webtoons/manhwa/etc started getting big (of course you still had smut and rape and such, but the story had to have the "yaoi" AND "smut" tags for that)

Yaoi, Shonen ai and Bl are the same. In Asia and in every official platform the only use the term BL. Yaoi and Shounen ai are outdated terms that only us international fans use nowadays. So every story that focuses on male relationships whether is a romantic one or a sexual one is a BL story

I know the difference. If you had reading comprehension you wouldn't be making such an useless comment. Like I said those are terms that only international fans use and they are outdated so just call it BL and that's it, because with or without sexual content is still called BL. And obviously if it has explicit content it's gonna be rated like any other work.
