checked the novel and the next chapter shouldn't be as harsh thankfully. seodan faces team leader in the team leader's lap the whole time (i think he gets triggered when he's forced onto his stomach?) and the team leader eases up and just has normal sex with seodan, loosening him up with lube and going slowly. after they've both come, seodan seems pretty spaced out because in his head he's thinking about how sex (the rape) was holding him back for years, but... was that really it? was that all that sex is? (and i think what he's thinking here is probably the explanation for why he cries so much during sex, because to him he assumes sex is always super painful and will hurt him. so he's always expecting to be hurt really badly and then left there.) and he has this thought about how there isn't even any blood so he won't have to go to the hospital (unlike before, i think). and when team leader asks what he's thinking about seodan admits that the sex felt good. they talk a little while team leader checks on seodan's body and then they go to sleep together, team leader asking if seodan really doesn't want him to leave first. hopefully the manhwa artist doesn't decide to do their own thing and make the scene harsher (which i'm a little worried about based on their other manhwas...).
