is it confirmed? i feel like they are teasing it but they won't switch

There is a possibility because the dad did mention that if the walrus(village head) is not comfortable the dad can top next time. It's mentioned in the last few panels.
I was worried who was gonna top. Now I am not complaining as they both are switch. This is my first Yaoi with switch. I am excited.
