Don't worry, I often have the very same problem and this manga is more focused on the mangaka x teacher story, so no wonder you may not remember.
2 teachers fall in love. A cute student goes after the infirmary teacher and wants to do him. The other teacher stakes his claim. So, the student goes after a fellow classmate. He tells the classmate that he wants to do him cause his is huge. Then, spring comes and the uke is always sighing and the seme acts cute but tripping over nothing, just causes injuries. That is a summary of what I remember... Please help
