If you have long pic and box shows to adjust on your screen widen it once adjust then again do it , hope it helps you
honestly I couldn’t figure out how to fix it but when I got a new phone it worked
I haven't changed my profile not once since I joined but now I do but every time I try it doesn't let me shift the box to catch the photo. It stays up in the corner and I can't move it at all. anyone know what I'm doing wrong??
