It's like a stray dog vs a trained dog. But in this case he is fully able to communicate and acts like a human do he bears the responsibility of one.
I understand him having clouded judgement I've read many stories with heat stuff but his behaviour afterwards shows he clearly doesn't care that he was in the wrong and is happy he acted like that. If your dog loved you and bit you afterwards the dog would act all guilty and stuff CAUSE THEY FEEL BAD. This discussion is getting a little too boring as everyone is saying the same thing just in different context.
First thing first. I was not justifying his behavior I was questioning your expectations.
Second, it's fantasy. He is a dragon and his behavior was clearly hinted at the very beginning of the story in first two episodes where he took the mc by force with his black tentacles or whatever, that was a clear hit of his nature. He will put his needs first.
What I see is that you guys had high expectations from this story and the dragon now that it doesn't deliver you're disappointed. But if you read this story again carefully, whatever he is doing won't come as a surprise.
It's wrong, I agree. It does makes you feel uncomfortable which I understood but everything was foreshadowed by the author but if you still wish to cry about it, you can absolutely free to do it.
